- Ameya Charnalia at Eat The Strip regretted only getting one canoli from Misto Fine Food in the Hampton Park Plaza. He also approved of the paninis.
- Peter Hum in the Ottawa Citizen says that if you Google ‘Burmese restaurants in Canada’, you get only five results – one of which is Rangoon on Somerset Street West. The must-order dish is the shan chicken ‘surprisingly tender white meat — dry-brined, I would bet — mingled with punchily sour pickled mustard leaves, rice noodles, an alluring sauce, peanuts, coriander and more’. Also available in tofu.
