📋 Agenda | WHAT OTTAWA IS TALKING ABOUT | ♨️ Aylmer - City residents are steamed that they must boil water for a sixth day. While the City told the reporter of the article that the reason for the water boiling is that testing found E. Coli, the City’s website doesn’t say why 10,000 residents must do it. (Faith Greco at CBC)
➕ Related Some Aylmer residents think the new garbage trucks are rubbish. New trucks with robotic arms started in May, and since then there have been 4,330 reported complaints of uncollected bins. 🚊 O Train - OC Transpo is now cutting Monday to Thursday evening service on the O Train starting August 26.
- Train service will now be cut in half from every 5 minutes to every 10 minutes, between 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm. The agency previously annouced the halving of service Monday to Thursday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. OC Transpo says the cut is because of reduced demand. (Marlo Glass in the Ottawa Citizen)
