COVID-19

BC Renal and the health authority renal programs are committed to supporting our patients and ensuring access to care as the situation evolves with COVID-19. To help share information, we've created two COVID-19 pages on our website - one for patients and families and one for health professionals. Follow the links below to access the pages. There, you can view and download resources created by BC Renal related to COVID-19 and clinical care for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home hemodialysis and kidney care (non-dialysis) patients. Additional resources from the BC Centre for Disease Control and other organizations are also included:

COVID-19 for patients

COVID-19 for health professionals

Participants included patients and family caregivers living with kidney disease, health professionals and managers from all health authority renal programs, as well as representatives from BC Renal, the Provincial Health Services Authority, and The Kidney Foundation of Canada, BC & Yukon Branch.
