Where and when the incident is alleged to have happened has not been released. Luloff’s lawyer, the high profile Lawrence Greenspon, says no accident was involved. 🏗️ Developments - A proposal to build one of the tallest buildings in Ottawa has been received for Barrhaven. Developers of Marketplace Towers West propose a 26 storey and a 35 storey tower, with a combined 592 apartments. Ottawa’s tallest building is The Claridge Icon in Little Italy at 45 storeys.
