Who can apply: To be considered for employment under the student employment program, the student must:
- Be enrolled at a recognized post-secondary institution (College, University, CEGEP, etc.) in a program leading to a diploma/degree in a field related to biological sciences, ecology, environmental sciences, or other fields closely related to natural science.
- Be registered as a full-time post-secondary student in a recognized institution (prior to employment) AND be returning to full-time studies for the next academic term (post-employment), or have recently graduated (<4 months since graduation). Students hired under a co-op program may be hired during their last semester of school.
- Proof of full-time student status or completed diploma/degree will be required.
Parks Canada Agency considers applications from persons residing in Canada, and Canadian citizens and Permanent residents abroad. Please indicate in your application the reason for which you are entitled to work in Canada: Canadian Citizenship, permanent resident status, or work permit.
