The Board says that problems were fixed each time they were discovered, and some results were because of still water in schools closed because of COVID 19. (Joanne Laucius in the Ottawa Citizen)

đ± Federal Public Employees - Federal Public Employees will not have the âright to disconnectâ like everyone else when a new policy goes into effect. The Federal government is issuing a new policy that all businesses in Federally-regulated sectors must come up with policies that allow employees to ignore work related communications when they are not at work. âRelated The Treasury Board says the Federal government is planning changes to allow employees like firefighters, paramedics, and border services officers to retire with full benefits, even if they have not put in 25 years. This will not apply to those who do not work on the âfrontlinesâ. đ Rideau Canal Bridge ⥠Battery Storage - The largest battery storage system in Canada will be built in Spencerville, an hour south of Ottawa. Battery storage systems buy electricity cheap from Hydro One at night and resell it during the day at higher prices.
