A development permit application was received from dHKarchitects, on behalf of 1323234 BC Ltd., for a multi-family residential (71 unit) development at 254 Adderly Road.  The subject property is legally described as Lot A, Sections 9 and 10, Range 8, Mountain District, Plan VIP78902.

A development permit application was received from R. W. (Bob) Wall Ltd., on behalf of Hospital Commons Inc., for the re-development of 1588 Boundary Crescent.  Phase 1 consists of the demolition of an existing building and the development of a mixed-use commercial and residential building.  The subject property is legally described as Lot 1, District Lot 97G, Newcastle Reserve, Section 1, Nanaimo District, Plan 27521.
