  • The Anglican Diocese of Ottawa staff reserves the right to edit all communications requests, and requests will only be approved as time and space allows. Communications will also be filtered by priority and their relevance to the majority of the Diocese. Depending on available resources, not all requests can be granted.

    Please fill out completely, missing items will cause delays in getting your content published.

    Review our Crosstalk Guidelines and Deadlines before submitting.


    All other communication requests, along with supporting content, must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours ahead of requested Publishing Date

    - Make sure you've allowed adequate time for the communication process to be accomplished.
    - Evaluate the return on investment
    - Receive proper approval from your team or ministry leader

    Event requests will automatically be promoted through Crosstalk, eBlast, and other media platforms, where possible; keeping in mind deadlines and staffing resources.
