Kids Fit

Join coaches from UBC’s School of Kinesiology for an afternoon program that combines fitness and fun! This program is for children ages 7-12 years old living in Acadia Park, Musqueam, and the UNA, and the public.

Registration will be opening on April 19th at 9am.

Holiday and End of Term Reminder

Reminder that Active Kids will be closed and no programs will take place from Friday April 7 - Monday April 10.

The last day of weekly classes will be Thursday April 6th but both family and adult drop in will continue until April 14th. 

Games for Visual Tracking

Just as we have arm muscles we use to throw things, the eyes have muscles we use to move them where we need them to be. But without training the eyes to know where to look, to know what they are looking at, and to be able to move smoothly from one object to another, reading and other skills are harder to develop properly.
