Venez passer un après-midi convivial en français! Tous les niveaux sont les bienvenus — francophones, francophiles, personnes qui apprennent le français et personnes simplement curieuses de pratiquer et de rencontrer du monde. Au programme : Pictionary, jeux de cartes, bricolage et, bien sûr, des occasions de discuter.

Games Afternoon

Come join us for a relaxed afternoon of games in French! All levels are welcome — francophones, francophiles, French learners, and anyone curious about connecting in French. We’ll have Pictionary, card games, arts and crafts, and plenty of time to chat, en français.

Nuit Blanche : divination improvisée et multilingue

Samedi 3 octobre | 19 h à 21 h | Neon Coffee Lab, 1350 Richter

Samedi soir, Kelowna s’animera au rythme des arts et de la culture à l’occasion de Nuit Blanche, une soirée gratuite organisée par le Centre culturel francophone de l’Okanagan. De 18 h à 23 h, vous pourrez découvrir des installations, des spectacles, des expositions, des ateliers, de la musique et bien d’autres expériences créatives au centre-ville.

Nous serons installé·e·s dans la ruelle près de Fuller, au Neon Coffee Lab, qui ouvrira bientôt ses portes, pour une séance de divination improvisée et multilingue — amusante, un peu absurde et entièrement interactive. Venez nous regarder, poser vos questions ou essayer la divination pour un·e ami·e!

Multilingual Fortune Telling & Improv at Nuit Blanche

Saturday, October 3 | 7–9 p.m. | Neon Coffee Lab, 1350 Richter

This Saturday night, Kelowna will come alive with art and culture for Nuit Blanche, a free evening of multidisciplinary art organized by the Centre culturel francophone de l’Okanagan. From 6–11 p.m., you can explore installations, performances, exhibitions, workshops, music, and other creative experiences throughout downtown Kelowna.

We’ll be tucked into the alley, behind Richter, off Fuller at the soon-to-open Neon Coffee Lab for some fun and funny multilingual improv fortune telling. Come watch, ask your questions, or try your hand at fortune telling for a friend! We’ll be offering fortune telling in French, English, Spanish, and Swedish, and all ages and language levels are welcome.
