| Public Service Announcements and News Releases | Measles exposure risk in Carlyle, Arcola, and Wawota: The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is notifying the public of measles exposure risks in Carlyle, Arcola, and Wawota due to a confirmed measles case. | Robot assisted surgeries strengthening patient care in Saskatchewan: Saskatchewan patients are benefiting from a newly added robot-assisted surgical (RAS) system located at the Royal University Hospital (RUH) in Saskatoon. | SHA Innovation Awards - nominations now open! Nominations close Friday, March 20. | Provincial Parking Policy and Procedures - important reminders Parking services supports and enables safe and accessible parking options for patients, visitors and health-care staff. Key reminders for all staff: - Parking privileges are allocated based on consideration of position, frequency of travel and years of service, as outlined in the parking policy.
- Parking permits are non-transferable.
- Visitor parking lots:
- Staff members are not allowed to park in visitor lots during work time, unless they are from a visiting community. If staff members are parking in visitor lots in their home community, they are subject to violations.
- Staff members are allowed to park in visitor lots (including their home facility) when they are a patient and receiving care or are visiting a patient or acting as a support person to a loved one outside of their scheduled work hours.
- Waitlists are used where parking demand exceeds capacity.
- Many parking alternatives exist in Saskatoon and Regina, including:
- Inter-Facility Staff Shuttle;
- Park and Ride (available at Royal University Hospital, Jim Pattison Children's Hospital, and Saskatoon City Hospital);
- Bicycle racks, locked cages or lockers; and
- EcoPass transit program through the City of Saskatoon Transit.
- Platinum Parking is the provincial provider that provides regular parking enforcement at many SHA sites, they also follow up on unpaid violations.
- Parking fees vary by location and follow former regional practices.
All staff members must submit a parking application and are encouraged to review the detailed information available on the SHA Parking Services webpage. For parking inquiries, please reach out to: | 2025 T4 slips - available February 13, 2026 Your T4 slip for the 2025 tax year will be available to download in MyConnection on February 13. T4 slips for former employees will be mailed to the address on file by end of February. You may also be able to view your T4 through the Canada Revenue Agency's My Account service by mid-March. T2200's will be available in early March. At this time, AI generated images are not to be used in clinical documents.
- It is expected that all image permissions will be cited in the clinical documents according to the guidance provided and prior to submission to Clinical Standards.
- Clinical documents that contain copyrighted material will not be processed and published without proof of permissions provided to Clinical Standards and/or citation for images that require no permissions.
- More citation examples have been added so that teams can copy and paste the format.
- The flow of the document has been adjusted to make it more user friendly.
