Updates and Information from the City of Chilliwack
Survey: Are You Ready to Engage with Us?
Are you ready to talk to us about City projects that are not related to COVID-19, like neighbourhood planning, climate change, and more? Take our survey by July 24 and let us know!
Recently, Council awarded the contract for a pump track facility at the Landing and planning is already underway. This facility will be the largest in North America, allowing us to host large scale competitions.
We are looking for an artist to create a mural on a new City building. The building will be constructed later this year. For proposal guidelines, visit the Public Art section of our website.
Pallets are often treated with chemicals or painted. When people burn pallets in environmentally sensitive areas like the Fraser and Vedder Rivers, they harm the environment, fish, animals, and people.
The City of Chilliwack app makes it simple to stay in touch with the City. Report issues from pot holes to park maintenance with the free City of Chilliwack app.
Participate by completing up to eight walks in eight weeks (one per week) and submitting photos of your walks via email to be eligible for a number of draw prizes.
Every year, we publish a report featuring past project highlights from each department, goals for the City and more information from the previous year. Check out the full report on 2019.
Stage 2 summer watering restrictions are in effect. Even numbered addresses may water on Wednesdays and Saturdays, odd numbered addresses on Thursdays and Sundays between 5-8 am or 7-10 pm.
