This week's educator resources, Mental Health in Motion, support student well-being by building emotional awareness, resilience, and mental health literacy across age groups, while encouraging early recognition and stigma-free conversations.

Educator Resources:

1. The KidSMART Educator Guide is a mental health resource developed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (Calgary Region) to help Grades 4–6 students build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and coping strategies through engaging age-appropriate activities and classroom discussions.

2. Provided by the Saskatoon Industry Education Council's Mind Over Matters initiative, the Grade 9–12 Classroom Resources include lesson plans, videos, and activities on topics such as mental health literacy, stigma, empathy, digital well-being, and emotional resilience.

3. Provided by Jack.org, the Mental Health 101 Guide is a foundational resource designed to help educators build further understanding of mental health and wellness, supporting students through stigma-free conversations, early identification of struggles, and the creation of safe, supportive classroom environments.
