WASTE TIP OF THE WEEK

If your tote did not get picked up on your service day, there is usually a reason. To avoid issues with collection, please always make sure to:

  • Have your totes out between 7:45 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Ensure one-metre clearance around your tote so the truck can safely collect it.
  • Make sure that your tote is unlocked.
  • Ensure that your tote is not contaminated with materials that do not belong there. Collectors may not empty heavily contaminated totes.
