Watch Quality Forum 2019 Sessions Online

The BC Patient Safety & Quality Council, which administers PVN, hosted Quality Forum 2019 from February 26-28 in Vancouver. The event was filled with great learning opportunities, inspiring speakers and many chances to meet new people and make connections.

This year, the Council sponsored 27 patient partners to attend the Forum, as part of its commitment to holding a Patients Included conference. PVN patient partners contributed many insights and experiences to discussions, adding a valuable voice to many topics, and were invited to meet each other over breakfast.

During the Forum, we debuted the PVN identification badges! We ran a test batch of the badges and will soon begin making and sending them to everyone who requested one.

This year, many patient engagement sessions were live streamed on the Council’s website. If you missed any of the sessions, you can watch them online and find copies of the presentation files! Stay tuned for more videos, including a moving plenary presentation that asked participants at the event to hold up a giant-sized nametag.
