The presentation is free. It is given by Nav Canada operational personnel (VFR ATC, Montreal Centre, Quebec FIC). Hourly : 08:30: The meeting will be opened and people can start connecting 08:45: Welcome 09:00: Presentation of the St-Hubert tower 09:45: Presentation of the Quebec FIC and the Control Center of Montreal 11:30 am: Presentation of the tower of Quebec Question and answer period. In addition to the local procedures described during the presentations of the control towers, the central portion by the FIC and the control center will deal with: - Procedures for obtaining transponder codes
- Importance of understanding and respecting airspace classes, as well as MF areas
- Radar tracking in the E-Class.

The way the presentation is built, pilots can connect to the presentation whenever they want, depending on their interest. Note that the central portion, (Quebec FIC and Montreal control center) is relevant for everyone, even those who do not fly in major centers. Naor is not unknown among the Quebec pilot community for his entrepreneurial spirit which led him to develop the RVA Casey into a major event now known as Aeroventure Casey. This next meeting is scheduled for the Labor Day weekend, from September 2 to 5, 2022. We invite you to follow the Camp de Base - Casey Facebook page to follow the latest news in the preparation of this major event. Aviateurs.Québec takes this opportunity to congratulate Naor and his team for having succeeded in restoring the CSQ4 code to the Casey aerodrome. The publication of Casey CSQ4 in the CFS is scheduled for July 14, 2022. You should know that Casey's track was originally in the CFS in the 80s under the code SQ4. To keep the historical side, they worked with NavCanada to reactivate the old code. Well… the organizers tell us that this year there will be a new marquee tent for meals, a new trough for outdoor bathing enthusiasts, there will be an internet network on site, a new cobblestone fire pit with new adirondak chairs, the trail will be fully marked from one end to the other and a camping area will be set up and a meal will be offered for free!!!
