Body Two teams came together to make a big difference for some clients living with diabetes.

Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) allow people living with diabetes to monitor their glucose levels in real time and receive alerts when levels move outside their target range. However, for clients with reduced grip strength or dexterity, opening the sensor applicator can be difficult or even impossible.

Thank you for supporting Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation’s Annual Appreciation Pancake Breakfast

Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation was grateful for the opportunity to recognize and thank Saskatoon City Hospital staff and volunteers for their incredible hard work and dedication at our annual appreciation pancake breakfast on October 8.

The breakfast was a small way to show our appreciation for the people who make a difference in the lives of patients and families every day. From providing compassionate care to supporting the many services that keep the hospital running, staff and volunteers play an essential role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the hospital’s doors.

At the Foundation, we see firsthand how a community comes together to support healthcare, and that includes you, the dedicated people who bring care to life at Saskatoon City Hospital. Your commitment, kindness and hard work help make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their loved ones.

We recognize that a pancake breakfast is just one small gesture of thanks for the tremendous work that happens throughout the year. We hope it serves as a reminder of how much staff and volunteers are valued and appreciated by the Foundation and the community we serve.

To all Saskatoon City Hospital staff and volunteers, thank you for everything you do. Your dedication helps make our hospital an amazing place to receive care, and we are proud to support you in the important work you do each day.

It starts here. It starts with you.
