The patrol ensures the safety for citizens and city properties by carrying out preventive rounds throughout the City. The patrol is to verify that municipal by-laws in effect are respected, such as: watering bans, application of burning permits, prohibition to use fireworks without the authorization of the Fire Safety Department, renovation permits, vandalism, loitering, obligation to walk dogs on a leash, as well as evening complaints on the Brownsburg-Chatham’s territory!
