Cloudburst Cover Photo Contest

Member Club Grants Now Open

In 2012, the FMCBC began a grant program to support projects initiated by our member clubs. FMCBC Member Club Grants have been used to fund trail upgrades, trail extensions, backcountry huts, equipment purchases, educational events, community events and so much more.

We are now accepting Member Club Grant applications. The deadline to apply is May 31st at 11:59pm. Visit the FMCBC Website to apply.

Spring 2024 Wildfire Outlook

The FMCBC is committed to supporting the work of wildfire prevention and mitigation. This spring, T=the current long-range forecasts suggest a high potential for an active spring wildfire season in British Columbia. Once fuels and forests are snow-free, elevated fire activity is anticipated this spring. A spring wildfire season is common in British Columbia.

BC Trails Day is Approaching

BC Trails Day is two weeks and we can’t wait to celebrate alongside countless outdoor enthusiasts. New events across the province are being added every day, and it is not too late to register your own event. As an added bonus, folks who register an event can recieve special, limited supply, BC Trails Day merch.
