We Are Back! COVID Policies

We've made modifications to our space to help patients maintain physical distancing. Surfaces throughout the clinic are regularly sanitized and treatment rooms are sanitized between appointments. All high touch areas and rooms are cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant wipes. Staff will be wearing masks. Patients are welcome to wear a mask but it is not required.

We are giving priority to those whose appointments were cancelled due to the closure. We are working hard to ensure all patients are seen in a timely manner and appreciate your patience. 

We will not be seating patients in our waiting room at this time. Please call from your car upon arrival and a staff member will direct you. Patients will be brought directly into the private treatment rooms.

Anyone who enters the clinic is asked to use hand sanitizer, and complete a screening form. Those who do not meet screening criteria are unable to be seen and asked to call 811 for further advice. 

We are asking you to reschedule if you have:

• Fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, runny nose or reduced sense of smell. If you have any symptoms, you MUST self-isolate for 10 days after the onset of symptoms and until your symptoms have resolved (whichever is longer).
• Potential contact with COVID-19 or someone experiecing the above symptoms
• Travelled outside of Canada in the last 2 weeks.

The safety of staff and patients is of utmost importance. We are confident that this can be done safely, and that we can provide this important care to Albertans while minimizing any risk of COVID-19 transmission. We are grateful for the patience of those Albertans who had their surgeries and procedures delayed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Find Your Perfect Skin Care Routine

3. Consider treatments for hyperpigmentation;
