Procedures - Inter-University Transfer Application

Placement tests are held during the summer (June and July). Register early! For more information, consult the procedure to follow on their website.

You can come for your one-term exchange as visitors with a temporary resident visa (TRV) or an electronic travel authorization (eTA), depending on your nationality. You can also come as a student, equipped with a CAQ for studies and a study permit.

Immigration procedures

You will not be able to enter Canada if you do not have all the necessary authorizations. Pay close attention to possible arrival dates for your studies at Polytechnique.

➡️ A PIECE OF ADVICE: Plan to arrive in Montreal at least two weeks before the start of classes, which begin on August 26, so that you can settle in properly.
