Semá:th Career Fair

The 2026 Semá:th Career Fair connects job seekers, students, and community members with employers, training organizations, and post-secondary institutions all in one welcoming space.

This free event is open to everyone and offers a wide range of career and education supports, opportunities, and resources. Please feel free to share this event with family, friends, students, job seekers, and anyone who may benefit from attending.

Fraser Valley Economic Summit 2026

The 2nd Annual Fraser Valley Economic Summit, hosted by the Fraser Valley Business Coalition (FVBC) will be held at Evered Hall at UFV on May 21, 2026. The Coalition is comprised of the Chambers of Commerce of Abbotsford, Mission and Langley.

This one-day summit will feature an inspiring program of leaders from across British Columbia, in addition to local voices that showcase the economic potential of our region, and the many initiatives that are currently underway and shaping our community.

The Abbotsford Farm & Country Market opens rain or shine every Saturday, May 2 to
October 31, from 9am – 1pm in Jubilee Park. Jubilee Park is an accessible site with free parking and a children’s playground. The Abbotsford Farm and Country Market is a traditional farmers’
market where local farmers, food producers and crafters bring product they grow,
prepare or create directly to customers. Debit, credit and cash are accepted at the market.
