Deadlines & Important upcoming dates

May 2024 Graduation Application- April 19, 2024

Students wishing to graduate in May 2024 must apply to graduate through their SSC by April 19.

You must have had your thesis/dissertation approved and your program closed by G+PS in order to be approved for graduation. This is usually a few weeks to a month after you defend depending on how long revisions and collecting signatures for the necessary paperwork takes.

2024 Summer Tuition Deadline Deferral Application- April 30, 2024

Students that need a tuition deadline deferral because they're waiting to be paid by GRA and/or TAship appointments can apply for a tuition deferral directly through Enrolment Services. If you’re waiting for your Summer 2024 appointments to be submitted in Workday in order to provide proof of compensation, Mimi will be submitting those in early April.
