Studying in a foreign country is a exciting project, but also very destabilising.

You have to deploy so many resources to adapt... It is therefore normal to go through different periods that are more or less difficult at first.

As a new international student, this workshop is for you.

Its objectives?

  • Better understand where you are in your adaptation process;
  • Share your personal and relational tools;
  • Develop or improve your strategies for connecting with others.
