Hey, UBCO Community!

Midterms can be a challenging time, and it's easy to forget just how important it is to care for your wellbeing along the way. Prioritizing your mental and physical health can actually help you stay focused and perform better. UBCO Rec offers plenty of ways to recharge, such as participating in free lawn games in the court yard, getting your body moving at our off campus partners, or participating in group fitness classes.

Don’t underestimate the power of small habits like proper nutrition, fresh air, deep breaths and supportive company - take a movement break with friends on the beautiful trails we have on campus. Remember: taking care of yourself is one of the best ways to succeed during midterms. You got this!
