In the Large Gallery: Everything original art! There will be no price or size limits! We hope you’ll all feel inspired to create new artwork for this show – artwork that we displayed in last year’s show will not be accepted as we want to keep things fresh and exciting for our shoppers. All types of media are welcome and encouraged. All pieces should be for sale.

In the Small Gallery: A themed show entitled ‘Hope Blooms.’ We have chosen two flowers that symbolize hope and healing: lavender and daisy. Any art going into the Small Gallery must use one (or both) of these two flowers as the focus for the piece. No price or size limits, all media types welcome. All pieces should be for sale.

Aquatics Summer Registration postponed

The Town of Okotoks has temporarily suspended its summer swimming lesson registration until further notice due to Covid-19 closures. Day camp registration is still going ahead.

Swim lesson registration was slated to start May 20; however, due to the uncertainty of recreation facility closures, the Town has decided to postpone swim registration. This is to avoid having to cancel lessons and issue credits or refunds after residents have already registered.

Please keep watching activeokotoks.ca for more information about registrations.
