The first people you should contact to ask questions or discuss your concerns are in your department.

The Postgraduate Student Affairs Officer: This is the first person you should contact to help and advise you at all stages of your studies at Polytechnique Montréal. They can answer your questions or direct you to the appropriate person.
Contact 

Director of studies or research: Your director of studies (DESS or professional master's degree) or your director of research (research master's degree or doctorate) is the professor responsible for your application who supervises your studies at Polytechnique Montréal.

4. LE BUREAU D'INTERVENTION ET DE PRÉVENTION DES CONFLITS ET DE LA VIOLENCE (BIPCV)|THE OFFICE FOR INTERVENTION AND PREVENTION OF CONCLIFT AND VIOLENCE

The Bureau d'intervention et de prévention des conflits et de la violence (BIPCV)|The Office for intervention and prevention of conflit and violence serves the entire Polytechnique Montréal community in matters of violence and conflict (particularly in terms of sexual violence and psychological harassment).

The services of the BIPCV are offered in complete confidentiality and total independence.
