| SharePoint Online: Update Your Saved Links | Beginning in August 2026, SharePoint sites that have already been moved to SharePoint Online or archived will begin to be retired. Staff should use the current SharePoint Online version of their site and update any bookmarks, saved links or shared documents that direct users to the previous site. Once a previous site is retired, its old link will no longer work. This work reduces security and operational risks while supporting a modern, secure collaboration platform.
