Educator Resources:

  1. Check out the free Zen Garden App, co-developed in partnership with youth and for youth aged 13-17, for managing stress.
  2. In this TED Talk, a 7-year-old changemaker talks about "brain science" and "some powerful things that you grownups can do that shape us as children and the adults we become."
  3. Check out Wellbeing Activities: Managing Stress, which includes animated videos, lessons, and fact sheets for ages 7-18.
