Plumbing Update | COVID-19

With the announcement of City Hall being closed to the public, we here at Building Standards are tirelessly working to find ways to provide our services all while protecting the public and our employees. Our plumbing permit and inspection services have found the following ways to keep moving forward:

• Plumbing permit can be accepted through email. Please email plumbing.permits@saskatoon.ca
• Plumbing permits, inspections, and SAR balances can be paid over the phone by credit card.
• All plumbing inspections will continue with the use of FaceTime and Skype video calls to visual see plumbing systems.
• Process for booking inspections and receiving your time for inspection remains unchanged.
• Communication will be updated regularly through our website and email.

We appreciate your help in working with us through these uncertain times. As we continue to build bridges on the ways we conduct work, we will continue to get through this together.
