Resolutions Deadline

The Lactanet Resolutions process allows all dairy producers in Canada the opportunity to submit, discuss, and vote on non-binding resolutions.  Submissions must be received by March 1, 2023.

Ontario Annual General Meeting

On January 18, 2023, Lactanet presented its 2022 accomplishments, 2023 initiatives, and audited financial statements for Ontario in conjunction with the Dairy Farmers of Ontario AGM.

 

Open Industry Session 

Registration is now open for the VIRTUAL Open Industry Session taking place Thursday, February 23rd, at 12:30 PM EST. Join us to discover what's new in dairy genetics and learn more about what's coming in April 2023!

Presentations will include:

  • Genetic Evaluations for Body Maintenance Requirements (BMR)
  • Genetic Selection for Methane Efficiency in Holsteins
  • Lactanet’s Data Collection Strategy for Sustainability Traits
