A beacon in the heart of downtown (1634 rue Notre-Dame Centre), this $50 million project was 100% financed by Société Immobilier G3R, from the construction to management phases. The City of Trois-Rivières provided financial support for operations, representing investments with zero cost considering the income generated by this project.
