Congratulations to Philippe for this photo taken on a morning affected by forest fires in Western Canada. The photo was taken at Lake Opawica, near the Cree Village of Waswanipi, James Bay. This photo will be among the finalists in January 2027, presented to an external jury who will determine the three winners of the photo contest trophies. It will also be eligible for the year-end draw for one of ten prizes from among ALL the photos received.
