Staff Profile - Pat Wu
Since his teenage years, Pat has believed in strength training as a means to improve sport performance, health, and confidence. He began training friends and family in high school, and his passion has only increased over time.
As a trainer, Pat brings a unique blend of formal education, field experience in various settings, and years of personal experience. He has worked with many different populations, including varsity level athletes, seniors, rehab clients, and youth.
