It also marks the first public consultation using our new citizen participation platform â a digital tool that will allow residents to take an active role in shaping various municipal projects. | | Return to the Winter Collection Schedule Yes, itâs that time of year again â weâre switching to the winter collection schedule! From November 1 to March 31, waste collection will take place every four weeks. Recycling and compost collections will continue every two weeks. An expert committee is expected to be formed in the coming weeks.
