AbbyPD Launches Project Clearview to Support Community Safety

Project Clearview is the Abbotsford Police Department’s voluntary registry of privately owned exterior security cameras. By mapping the locations of registered cameras, officers can more efficiently identify where relevant video may exist after a crime, suspicious incident, or public safety concern occurs.

If your home or business has an outdoor security camera, you can choose to register it with Project Clearview. Doing so simply lets AbbyPD know how to contact you if footage from your camera could assist an investigation in your area.

Play a part in keeping Abbotsford safe by registering your outdoor security camera with Project Clearview. When an incident happens nearby, your footage may help AbbyPD piece together important details during an investigation.

Work-Sharing Program

The Work-Sharing Program helps employers across Canada avoid layoffs while facing temporary reductions in business activity.

By providing income support to employees eligible for Employment Insurance who agree to a temporarily reduced work week, the Government of Canada helps employers retain skilled workers while they recover.

In response to tariffs the Government of Canada has introduced Temporary Special Measures expanding eligibility and duration of eligible Work-Sharing agreements. To find out more, please visit the Work-Sharing Program page.
