49 Surrey Schools students win 36 awards in Skills Canada BC regional competition

Nearly 50 students made the podium in the annual secondary trades contest, securing gold and silver in all 13 categories. Students move on to the provincial skills competition next.

CSP celebrates 15 years of supporting students through spring break camps

For the past 15 years, the district’s Community-Schools Partnership  has run Spring Break camps supported by community partners to assist families during the two-week break. These camps provide students with learning opportunities, meaningful activities, peer connection, and guidance from positive adult role models, featuring a variety of programs including outdoor learning, sports, and inclusive education.

Indigenous graduation rates on the rise in Surrey & White Rock

Annual report shows Surrey Schools' Indigenous student graduation rate are increasing, with the five-year completion rate rising from 50% to 57% and the six-year rate from 64% to 75% between 2022–23 and 2023–24.
