Proposed OCP and Zoning Amendments - 370 315th Ave, 1106 and 1118 304th St

In response to an application proposing amendments to the Official Community Plan (OCP) and zoning bylaw for several parcels at the above-listed properties in the Marysville industrial area, Council convened a Special Meeting to provide feedback to staff and confirm direction. The proposed changes aim to support a multi-use commercial development.

After hearing from the applicant, Council posed several questions to staff and offered comments on the proposal. Mayor McCormick then tabled a motion to give the report first reading and advance the proposal to a public hearing. That motion was defeated in a 4–3 vote.
