Please remember to hold your Supervisory Committee Meeting every 6 months for MSc Students, every 9-12 months for PhD Students, and by the annual deadline of June 14th to qualify for GSI funding.

PHD EXAMINATION FORMS TIP: When you are completing the list of your Supervisory Committee Members, the Chair is not considered a member UNLESS you only have 2 Supervisory Committee Members (in addition to your Supervisor).
NEW SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS: All Supervisory Committee Members must be officially invited by the Program and checked for G+PS Membership Status. We have a page on the Program website here for you to add this information. When this has been completed, please email Heather to make sure it is received, as we have been experiencing issues with this.
MSC TO PHD TRANSFERS: When you request this transfer at your Supervisory Committee Meeting remember that you can only transfer on May 1, September 1, or Janaury 1. In addition, please be prepared to suggest an additional Supervisory Committee Member at this meeting, as PhD Supervisory Committees need at least 3 members, whereas MSc Supervisory Committees only need 2 members. Also, remember that at least 50% of your Supervisory Committee Members must be G+PS Members.
