EVENING YOGA AT HSCA

Your Weekly Reset 

Our evening Vinyasa Yoga with Richelle is in full swing! Join us every Monday from 6:30–7:30 pm for a flowing, all-levels class designed to help you unwind, reset, and recharge after your day.

Drop-in: $12 (HSCA Members save 10%)

How to Register or Pay:

• Online: Register at hsca.ca/yoga anytime before class.

• In Person: Pay at the HSCA front office Tuesday–Saturday during open hours only (cash or card).

Important: There is no payment option at the door on Monday evenings. Please complete your payment online or at the front office by Saturday to attend the Monday class. No HSCA staff will be on-site during class time. Bring your digital or front-office proof of payment to class. No class on Monday, October 13 for Thanksgiving.

EARS TO YOU: FREE HEARING CLINIC AT HSCA

Wednesday, October 15, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. Ears to You will be on-site offering complimentary hearing health checks in our mobile hearing clinic! If you’ve been curious about your hearing or simply want a quick, professional check-up, this is a great opportunity. Appointments are required. Please call 403-970-7201 to book your time slot. Please note: the mobile clinic is not wheelchair accessible and there is one step to enter the van. If accessibility is a concern, please call us and we’d be happy to arrange a convenient in-home hearing assessment just for you.

Knitting/Crochet Circle
Mondays, 9:00 am–12:00 pm (except holidays) in the Hearth. Bring a project, learn a new skill, or share yours! Tools and yarn available for beginners. Free, all welcome.

Chair Yoga 
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10am-11am. Join us online & in-person). Contact Debbie for details or to get the new link.

Cribbage Group
Wednesdays, 12:30–3:00 pm in the Hearth or North Social Hall. Play, snack, and socialize! $1 admission (coffee), plus small game fees. New players welcome.

Find unique treasures every Sunday from 7am-3pm—arts, crafts, vinyl, jewelry, antiques, and more. Bring the family, explore the market, and enjoy tasty eats from Babe’s Bites at the concession! 

Pumpkin Design Contest at the Flea Market!

Show off your creativity! Enter your handcrafted pumpkins (no fully AI-generated designs) by October 28, 2025. Open to all ages—enter as many pumpkins as you like!

Prizes: Winners announced after judging. Prizes must be claimed by November 2, 2025.

Entries will stay on display at the market until judging is complete.

Repair Exchange MONTHLY at the HSCA Flea Market- SUNDAY, OCT 26TH! We’re excited to host the Repair Exchange each month alongside our Sunday Flea Market! In partnership with the City of Calgary and the Arusha Centre, community volunteers will be on hand to help fix broken items and give them a second life.  

Join us next on:  Nov 30, and Dec 21.
