Invitation to shape the vision for public health surveillance in Canada
by 2030: Online consultation questionnaire

The Public Health Agency of Canada’s Data, Surveillance and Foresight Branch (DSFB) recently launched Vision 2030, an initiative to develop a vision for public health surveillance in Canada by 2030. The vision will be informed by broad input from diverse perspectives across Canada, including domestic and international public health practitioners, surveillance experts, academics, First Nations, Inuit and Métis people and the public.

Your input is valuable to the future of public health surveillance in Canada, and we are pleased to invite you to provide your input via our online consultation questionnaire.

The questionnaire will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete and will be closed for input on March 1, 2024, 11:59PM (ET). A final report of the vision is anticipated for public release in 2024.
