Level-Up: Group strength training for climbers and the foundation of all training programs. Learn how to train, get strong, and approach all future training objectives. Increase your strength, increase your performance potential.
Start with the Foundations class on Sunday, January 6th 9AM - 11AM. Then train twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6AM - 7:15AM, for 4 weeks.
Next Level: The NEXT LEVEL is a training group which focuses on developing climbing specific strength and power endurance training. This non-linear progression will help you step up your game for a short term goal, or take you through the winter season. Suitable for those interested in a bigger commitment to their climbing development.
