Happy Monday! This is an impromptu update, as we recently learned about an event hosted by Jack.org and sponsored by Hydro One, which we thought you'd also like to know about (if you don't already): How to Be There for Young People

It's a free online event (Zoom), this Wednesday, April 27th, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm EDT. The event is designed for adult allies and educators to learn how to recognize signs of struggle and how to be there for young people. It also covers strategies for supporting safe environements and encouraging healthy conversations about mental health.

For more details and to register for the event, click on the link above. We hope to 'see' you there!
