Early Designs Unveiled
First Look at Fraser Mills Community Centre

Take a look at the early design plans for the future Fraser Mills Community Centre, a new waterfront community space that will serve residents from across Coquitlam. The facility will include a pool with two waterslides, a large fitness centre, flexible community spaces with Fraser River views, and connections to the surrounding Urban Plaza, parks and trail network. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2028, with the community centre expected to open in 2031.

Help protect Coquitlam's parks by following fire safety rules. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and cannabis, is prohibited in all City parks, with fines increasing to $500 during the summer season. Do your part and protect our parks.
