Comité de travail

Nous avons reçu de nombreuses candidatures pour le comité ! Quelle chance d’avoir une communauté clinique qui lève la main et qui souhaite participer aux projets cliniques. La qualité des candidatures était relevée et chacune des personnes avait des forces et une contribution potentielle SOLIDE ! Ce n’est que partie remise, avec tous les guides pour les services qui suivront !

Ayant reçu plus de candidatures que le nombre de places disponibles, les gestionnaires ont eu la difficile tâche de choisir parmi des candidatures toutes aussi intéressantes les unes que les autres. L'exercice a été fait sur la base des critères suivants: CRD externe ou interne, fonction, clientèles desservies, situation géographique et titre d'emploi.

Les établissements d'enseignement se préparent déjà pour l'hiver, le printemps et l'été prochains.

Nous avons donc besoin de superviseurs de stage afin de former la relève.

Tout cela dans un contexte où l'augmentation des budgets n'est pas proportionnel!!! We received many applications for the committee! What an opportunity to have a clinical community that puts its hand up and wants to get involved in clinical projects. The quality of the applications was high and each person had strengths and a SOLID potential contribution! And that's just the tip of the iceberg, with all the service guides to follow!

Having received more applications than the number of places available, the managers had the difficult task of choosing from among the equally interesting candidates.The exercise was based on the following criteria: External or internal CRD, function, clients served, geographical location and job title.

Congratulations on the outstanding results of the Fall Risk Audit! You have now put the procedures in place and the identification of falls has been completed for all clients aged 65 and over! Thank you for everyone's cooperation, starting with our administrative agents, Geneviève and Hélène, who are supporting you in this procedure!
