May 2023

May has arrived, bringing with it the beauty and freshness of spring. Just as the flowers bloom and the world around us comes to life, we too can use this season as a source of inspiration for our job search. Spring is a time of renewal and growth, making it the perfect time to reevaluate our goals, refresh our resumes, and revitalize our job search strategies. Let us take advantage of the energy and motivation that spring brings and make the most of this season to find new opportunities and reach our career aspirations.

This year’s Mental Health Week will amplify some of the voices and spaces within which mental health exists across Canada, especially at the community level through non-profit agencies and programs.

During #CMHAMentalHealthWeek, we can harness the power of storytelling to help build connections and understanding between each other while strengthening our communities. Share your story and support for universal mental health care using the hashtags #MyStory and #MentalHealthWeek. Find out more about Mental Health Week and what you can do to make impact.
