Reminder to return landline phones when moving offices or leaving UBC
This is a reminder to all Zoology faculty and staff who have a landline phone assigned to themβ€”either individually or as a shared phone (e.g., a lab or wall phone).

If you move offices or relocate to another building, please take the landline phone with you or ensure it is returned to Zoology or UBC IT. Likewise, when retiring or leaving UBC, all assigned or shared landline phones must be accounted for and returned.

Landline phones must be properly returned when no longer in use or when you change locations. Phones that are not returned to UBC IT may be considered lost, and the department may be charged for any missing equipment.

If you are unsure whether a phone needs to be returned or require assistance with the return process, please contact the ZCU.
