Pair-aidance

Le premier statut de chercheur au sein de l’établissement a été octroyé à M. Jean-François Pelletier, pair aidant et spécialiste en activités cliniques à la DPSMD.

Développement et validation d’une évaluation intégrée spécialisée en dépendance (ÉISD)L’équipe de recherche de Joël Tremblay est actuellement en recrutement d’usagers (clientèle jeunesse, adulte et entourage: " pour le moment, la recherche s'adresse à la clientèle qui maitrise la langue française ) pour développer et valider l’outil d'évaluation intégrée spécialisée en dépendance (ÉISD), volet autres sphères.

Depuis plusieurs années déjà, Amilie se consacre exculivement à la clientèle jeunesse ce qui lui a permis de développer une très belle expertise! Passionnée par l'intervention jeunesse et démontrant un beau savoir-être, elle s'implique de façon soutenue et positive dans divers projets à ce niveau permettant à l'équipe de St-Jean :

• elle a généreusement partagé son expertise avec plusieurs collègues qui sont venus travailler au fil du temps avec elle au CA de Chambly en leur permettant de développer leurs compétences en intervention avec cette clientèle spécifique qu'elle aime particulièrement

• elle agit à titre de soutien à la coordination au niveau jeunesse pour l'équipe de St-Jean ce qui permet à l'équipe d'avoir du soutien clinique d'une intervenante d'expérience et aussi de travailler les liens avec les partenaires jeunesse du territoire

• elle participe activement au projet Impact+ dans le but d'impliquer davantage l'entourage lorsque l'intervention auprès des adolescents a lieu dans les écoles (on pourra vous en parler à l'automne lorsque le projet sera finalisé 😉)

De retour depuis peu au CRD après un passage dans un autre secteur, Annie travaille maintenant avec l'équipe de St-Hubert. Elle a su s'intégrer dans l'équipe (une équipe avec laquelle elle avait déjà travaillé dans le passé) alors qu'elle démontre son intérêt à s'y investir de diverses façons. Toute l'équipe peut ainsi profiter de sa grande expérience en dépendance et de son intérêt particulier pour la

clientèle adulte. Avec une collègue, elle a accepté de reprendre le stagiaire d'une collègue en congé de maladie long terme ce qui permettra à ce futur intervenant de bénéficer de son expertise et de développer ses compétences en intervention dépendance.

L’archiviste médicale et le point de service externe de Montréal tiennent à souligner l’excellent travail de Tia John-Knights, notre employée d’été au service des archives à Montréal.

Nous sommes très heureux d’avoir eu dans notre équipe Tia, une jeune étudiante motivée et appliquée. Tia a fait preuve de professionnalisme, minutie, efficacité et bien d’autres qualités remarquables dans son travail. Son aide a été précieuse et grandement appréciée,

notamment avec l’archivage de nombreux dossiers inactifs, la fusion de dossiers des anciennes composantes Virage et Foster, le classement de feuilles au dossier, ainsi que d’autres tâches pour le service des archives et la réception.

Nous la remercions infiniment pour son travail cette été et lui souhaitons beaucoup de succès dans ses études et projets futurs!

Jean-François Pelletier, a support worker and specialist in clinical activities at the DPSMD, was granted the first researcher status within the institution.

Development and validation of a specialised integrated addiction assessment ("ÉISD") Joël Tremblay's research team is currently recruiting clients (youth, adult and entourage: "for the moment, the research is aimed at clients with a good command of the French language) to develop and validate the specialised integrated addiction assessment tool (ÉISD), other spheres division.

Amilie has been working with young people for several years now, which has enabled her to develop a wealth of expertise! Passionate about youth work and demonstrating great interpersonal skills, she is steadfastly and positively involved in a variety of projects in this area, enabling the team at St-Jean:

• She has generously shared her expertise with a number of colleagues who have come to work with her over the years at the Chambly CA, enabling them to develop their skills in working with this specific clientele that she particularly loves;

• She acts as youth coordination support for the St-Jean team, which gives the team the clinical support of an experienced youth worker and also enables them to work on links with local youth partners;

• She is actively taking part in the Impact+ project, with the aim of getting the people around her more involved when working with teenagers in schools (we'll be able to tell you more about this in the autumn when the project is finalised 😉).

Having recently returned to the CRD after a period in another sector, Annie is now working with the St-Hubert team. She has managed to fit in well with the team (a team with which she had already worked in the past) and has shown an interest in getting involved in various ways. The whole team can benefit from her extensive experience in

addiction and her particular interest in adult clients. Along with a colleague, she has agreed to take on the stagiaire of a colleague on long-term sick leave, which will enable this future worker to benefit from her expertise and develop their skills in addiction intervention.

The medical archivist and the Montreal external point of service would like to highlight the excellent work of Tia John-Knights, our summer employee for the Montreal archives department.

We are very happy to have had Tia, a motivated and diligent young student, on our team. Tia has shown professionalism, thoroughness, efficiency and many other remarkable qualities in her work. Her help was precious and greatly

appreciated, for instance with the archiving of many inactive files, the merge of files from the old components Virage and Foster, filing documents in files, as well as other tasks for archives and reception.

We thank her very much for her work this summer and wish her much success in her studies and future projects!
