Chronic Pain Network Announces Action on Pain Podcast

Hi ,

The Chronic Pain Network is proud sponsor the Action on Pain podcast, launching on September 2, 2025 during International Pain Awareness Month.

Aiming to mobilize knowledge and raise awareness of chronic pain research and advocacy efforts across Canada, this podcast is created by individuals with lived experience, Jennifer Daly-Cyr, Virginia McIntyre, and Keith Meldrum.

Focusing on Health Canada’s Action Plan for Pain in Canada, the podcast highlights progress on its six national goals as tracked by Pain Canada, and reflects a shared national and international vision for transforming pain care.

Each episode will feature guests—including people with lived experience, advocates, researchers, healthcare providers, and policymakers—who share how their work supports and advances the action plan.
