As of March 11th, SIRTA has a new name, a new platform and becomes Mon transport adapté.

Your new online reservation site is easier, quicker and more accessible.

The new address to access it is: montransportadapte.stm.info  If you were still using SIRTA, you’ll be automatically redirected to the new site.

Use the same username and password as SIRTA.

Never used SIRTA?

Next time you call the reservation centre, make sure you have a valid email address on file. You can then create an account.

 

Mon transport adapté features

You can do all this:

  • Book or cancel a trip
  • View your trips
  • Track your vehicle in real time
  • Request a round trip with a departure or arrival time NEW
  • Search for certain destinations by name (for example, hospital, shopping centre) NEW
  • Add a travel companion mobility aid NEW
  • Select a mobility aid or a different number of companions for the outbound and return trip NEW
  • Modify a trip NEW
  • See your trip history NEW
  • Save the driver instructions for your addresses NEW
  • Get instant confirmation of the times for your trips in the metropolitan area (outside Montreal) NEW

Good to know

  • The “Report a delay” feature is no longer necessary. Our teams now automatically receive the information.
  • For now, the vehicle type (sedan, minivan or van) isn’t shown. This feature will be added later.
  • Other new features will be added later in the year.
 

A site tested prior to the official launch

A group of volunteer customers have already tested Mon transport adapté.

This trial period allowed us to make improvements ahead of launch, resulting in a tool that is more stable, reliable and suited to everyday use.

You may have noticed that your Transport Contact newsletter has a new name as well. It’s all part of our eff orts to update our communications. Say hello to the Mon transport adapté newsletter!

Its purpose remains the same: to keep you informed about your paratransit service, of course!

 

You can pay with your bank card

Did you know that you can now use a Visa, Mastercard or Interac debit card to pay for your trips on all our vehicles, including sedans, minivans and accessible vans? What was already in eff ect in Laval is now available for trips in Montreal as of January 1.

Good to know

Paying with cash, credit or debit is cheaper than buying paper tickets.
